Dr Antonios Perperidis (BSc, MSc, PhD) studied at the University of Edinburgh (Scotland) and his doctoral thesis was in Biomedical Image Analysis. With over 17 years of experience in translational healthcare research, his career has been focused on developing applied data-analytic solutions in both academia and the industry, working across all stages of software product lifecycle, from early-stage concept and system design to product development and maintenance. He is currently a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Cropify. Prior, he was a Research Fellow at the Australian Institute for Machine Learning (AIML) and served as the Technical AI lead for Women’s and Children’s Hospital (WCH).
