Dr Annabelle Warren is an endocrinologist and clinician-researcher at the Austin and Alfred Hospitals in Melbourne, Australia. She is in the final year of a PhD focusing on hyponatraemia management, having conducted a randomised trial of tolvaptan versus fluid restriction. She was first author of a comprehensive review of SIAD published in Endocrine Reviews in 2023. She has been an invited speaker on hyponatremia at the American Society of Nephrology annual conference 2023 and the European Society of Endocrinology postgraduate course 2024. She is currently chairing an expert working group developing an Australian position statement on hyponatremia management.
